If you are looking for a reinforced internal door security device, look no further than the Defender Security door reinforcement lock. It is designed to keep you safe by fortifying your door from being kicked in.

The setup process is quick and easy and can be done within a reasonable time frame. The security lock is mounted on your door frame and is located on the same side as your deadbolt or door handle lock. It is recommended that you mount the reinforced internal door lock a minimum of 6 inches above the current door lock for maximum effectiveness.

The device needs to be drilled and attached directly into the door frame of a swing-in door using the included 3″ inch screws or a brand of your choosing. Once the device is installed, it can withstand up to 800 pounds of force and ensures that your door cannot be opened from the outside.

To open the security lock, pull the device’s spring-loaded top section towards you and move to the top section to the open position. While in the open position, your door is free to open and shut as normal. To lock the device, follow the same instructions in reverse.
