Kids just don’t know how good they have it now. Computer graphics are so realistic but I will always remember, as a young man, being so intrigued by the simplicity of games of the past. I vividly remember playing these compact LCD games in the past and at the time, they were the “it” thing to do. I remember owning a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles handheld and an X-men one. It’s been so long ago that I can’t recall the title, but I believe it was this one. But instead of Cyclops, it had Magneto on the front. This retro-inspired video game, X-men Project X, is a blast back to the past. Play as Cyclops and get help from his X-men comrade Wolverine to take on the villainy of the Juggernaut and Apocalypse. This game comes with 5 states and is sure fun for grown men like me who grew up on Marvel comics “or” kids 8 and up.
