Once out of the oven, the granola may appear wet, but it will firm up as it cools. Toss it a couple of times with a spatula, and let it cool for a few minutes. Add dried fruit to the whole batch or keep it separate—perfect for family preferences! My kids like theirs without the fruit, so I enjoy mine with a sprinkle of raisins.
